The Advanced Training of Champions (ATOC)
The Akoben Advanced Training of Champions (ATOC) is specifically designed for Restorative Champions who are team leaders charged with helping to transform their environments. It is a highly interactive, hands-on program equipping the Champion with the mindset and skills to lead the implementation of Restorative Practices projects for their teams.
A Closer Look at The Advanced Training of Champions
During the ATOC, Champions learn how to holistically organize a project roll-out, provide micro-learning training for staff, facilitate Work-Study Circles and navigate common challenges to implementation. Participants must have a solid knowledge of Restorative Practices, and preference will be given to those currently connected with an Akoben Ujima Restorative Project.
Pricing
General registration begins June 1st, 2023, to June 8th, 2023 for the West Coast ATOC and July 3rd, 2023, to July 11th, 2023, for the Wilmington-based ATOC.
$1500 per person
Early registration for the West Coast ATOC extends from May 1st, 2023, to May 31st, 2023. Our Wilmington-based ATOC early bird registration runs from June 1st - June 31st.
$1250 per person
