Advanced Training of Champions 2020 – East Coast US (Wilmington, DE)

The Akoben Advanced Training of Champions Program (ATOC) is specifically designed for Restorative Champions who are team leaders charged with helping to transform their environments. It is a highly interactive, hands-on program equipping the Champion with the mindset and skills to lead the implementation of Restorative Practices projects for their teams. Champions will learn how to holistically organize a project roll-out, provide micro-learning trainings for staff, facilitate Work-Study Circles and navigate common challenges to implementation. Participants must have a solid knowledge of Restorative Practices and preference will be given to those currently connected with an Akoben Ujima Restorative Project.
