As part of the 2014 Department of Black American Studies Lecture Series, Abdul-Malik Muhammad gave a presentation in Mitchell Hall titled "We Can Save Our Boys of Color: Promising Practices from the Field". Abdul-Malik is the Executive Director of Parkway Academy Schools, State Director of the Providence Service Corporation of Delaware and a UD doctoral candidate.
